Doctorate in Education, Technology, and Epistemic Injustice, and founding member of the Ibero-American Association of Philosophy of Sciences and Techniques (ASIFICYT), she is a Scientific Researcher affiliated with the National Research Career in Science, Technology, and Innovation, accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Dominican Republic. Dr. Oscar Gallo

PhD in History from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil). He has conducted research on the history of social policies, labor legislation, education and social security. He is currently a Professor at the University of Antiquia.

Dra. Adriana Juliet Serna Jaramillo

B. A. in Special Education, Master in Neuropsychology and Education and Doctor in Clinical Neuropsychology. She studied in Colombia and Spain at the Universidad de Antioquia, the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja and the Universidad de Salamanca. She has published several scientific articles and her academic interests are especially related to the attention to diversity, school inclusion, childcare and aging.

Dr. Alexander Gorina Sánchez

Adriano Díez Jiménez, Assistant Professor of the Sociology Program at the Universidad del Atlántico. Master's degree in Territorial Planning and Environmental Strategies from the Universidad de Sevilla, and PhD in Human Geography from the same University. His main areas of research are internal and international migration; demography and territory; regional analysis and research methodology in the social sciences. He is currently the Director/Editor of Collectivus, a social science journal.

Dr. Miguel Ángel González Valeiro

Dr. Sergio Tobón Tobón

PhD from the Universidad de Complutense de Madrid in Educational Models and Cultural Policies. Globalization and Identity in Knowledge Society, graduated with honors (Cum Laudem) by unanimous vote. He is a member of the Mexican National System of Researchers (SNI) and a member of the Advisory Council of CONOCER in Mexico. He is currently a researcher at the Centro Universitario CIFE.

Dr. Sergio Martinic Valencia

Associate Professor, Faculty of Education, Universidad Pontificia Católica de Chile. She is an Associate Professor in the area of Social Psychology at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de España. Dra. Rosabel Roig Vila

Dr. Bento Duarte de Silva

He is a professor at the Institute of Education of the Universidad de Minho (Braga, Portugal), PhD in Education in the area of Educational Technology. He is a researcher at the Educational Research Center of the Universidad de Minho. He is the author of approximately three hundred research papers on educational technology and communication, with his current research interests in the design, development and evaluation of strategies for the integration of ICT (information and digital communication technologies) in education.

Dra. Verónica Marín Díaz

Currently a member of the Catedra Action learning of Educational Technology of the Universidad de Malaga and of the Information Technology Network of the Universidad Iberoamericana de Mexico. Her publications include her involvement in educational innovation along the lines created by Professors J.I. Aguaded, the educommunication, and J. Cabero, the strategies and methodologies for the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

Dra. Esther Vega Gea

Author and lecturer on human rights, school coexistence, school violence, violence against women, reading promotion, qualitative research, and gender, youth and science.

Dra. Ginia Montes de Oca Baéz

School Psychologist, Master in Psychological Intervention in Educational Contexts and with a PhD in Quality and Evaluation of Educational Institutions, Programs and Psychopedagogical Intervention in Educational Contexts from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. Currently, she is the Director of Research and Evaluation of the National Institute for Teacher Training and Education; she also works as a consultant for several higher education institutions. Her areas of research are use of school time, evaluation of training programs, curricular development, teacher effectiveness, teacher training needs and teacher competencies.

Dr. Alfonso Barca Lozano

PhD in Psychology from the Universidad de Salamanca with a specialty in Educational Psychology. He has been professor of Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology of the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and Professor of Educational Psychology at the Universidad de A Coruña(Spain). He has published his research works in different Spanish and foreign scientific journals. He is the author of several books about motivational thermal baths in educational contexts, directed ten doctoral theses and gave doctorate and master courses in different Spanish universities. He has been the director of the Psychology Department, dean of the Faculty of Education Sciences, general secretary and vice-rector of Universidad de A Coruña.

Dr. Adriano Díez Jiménez

His areas of research are framed in the Didactics of Mathematics and Computing, Scientific Research Methodology and Scientific Information Management. He has published more than 100 scientific articles. For 15 years he has been an active member of the Mathematics and Computer Science Didactics Research Group.

Dr. Francisco Alberto Arruda Carreiro da Costa

He was Vice-President and Secretary General of the International Association for Physical Education in Higher Education; member of the European Committee of Physical Education. Dra. Cristina Amiama Espaillat

Dr. Miguel Anxo Santos Rego

Degree in Philosophy and Educational Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) (1978), where he received his doctorate in 1985. Since 2002 he is Professor of University. His research interests are: intercultural education and pedagogy, school and immigration, educational policy and research, and service-learning and competencies in higher education. He furthered his studies at the University of Cambridge (UK). He has published or participated in the publication of some 50 books, along with more than a hundred book chapters. He is the author of more than 170 articles in accredited national and international journals. He has 6 sexenios of research (CNEAI), Director of about 30 doctoral theses and Principal Investigator of 25 projects.

Dr. José-Luis Parejo

Graduated in Pedagogy from the University of Salamanca, Master in Participatory Research and PhD in Theory and History of Education from the Complutense University of Madrid with extraordinary award. Former researcher at the UNESCO Chair of University Management and Policy at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and former technical advisor at the Ministry of Education of Spain. He has been visiting professor at the universities of Roma Tre, Ghana, Lisbon and UNAM. He completed his postdoc with a “José Castillejo” fellowship at IOE-UCL in 2019.
