Archive preservation policy
RECIE has the following file preservation methods:
This journal uses LOCKSS and CLOCKSS services to store and distribute content to partner libraries and allows them to create archives for preservation and restoration purposes.
- Internally, it has storage on external hard drives that are backed up weekly.
- Externally, it uses international repositories such as REDIB and CLASS.
Likewise, all articles (in PDF format) of the journal are deposited in Academia.edu. Academia.edu.
Machine readability and interoperability
Full articles, their metadata and citations can be located and downloaded through search engines for scientific and academic literature. In addition, our editorial management system allows interoperability under the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (https://revistas.isfodosu.edu.do/index.php/recie/oai)
